Where are your facilities located?
We have two great facilities - one in Twin Falls, ID and one in North Ogden, UT. Check out our locations page for details!

What are your office hours?
Both of our locations are open from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, and closed Sundays.

What are your access hours?
Both of our facilities offers access from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm any day of the week.

What’s the easiest way to rent my unit?
You can contact us through our website or stop by our facilities during regular office hours. Our website offers a quick and hassle free way to instantly get started.  Please stop by the office, provide your ID and purchase the lock for your unit.

Do you offer vehicle storage?
We sure do! The North Ogden facility has a range of parking spaces that are perfectly sized for nearly any vehicle. Store your RV, boat, truck, trailer behind our security gate and regain that driveway space you need. Out Twin Falls facility does not offer parking spaces.

What’s a temperature controlled unit?
Temperature controlled units have heating and air conditioning and keep your storage unit at a stable temperature. This helps you avoid damages like rust, fading, cracking, melting, and more. You’d be surprised at what a sudden extreme change in weather can do to certain types of items!

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do. We offer discounts for military members and seniors. Contact us for details!
